The Avenger

Hey All,

I just wanted to share that my cover illustration for the newest "The Avenger" pulp paperback has finally been released and I can show my artwork.

I've always been a huge pulp fan and it's been very gratifying to work on a classic character like  The Avenger and follow in the footsteps of many of my art heroes of the past.

I've been contracted to do a couple more covers so stand by for even more awesome artwork as I really start to get to know this character and sink my teeth into his world.

Circle of Hands!

Today, I am posting up a cover illustration that I did for Adept Press's new game product "A circle of Hands". This piece was a lot of fun to do and a nice change of pace from so called " High fantasy" and more along the lines of the nitty gritty reality that was the dark ages.  Lots' of fun and I even got to build myself a chained weapon to use as reference for the hero.

Game Cover Pt 2

Today I am sharing the recent piece I completed for RnR Game's new product "Strike a Pose". I've been working on this image infrequently over the past 6 months and it is nice to finally be able to share it.  It's always fun and challenging to illustrate happy people.

2013 has come and gone and with the new year, I am able to share a few more pieces of work. I think I wrapped this one up last spring for Crafty Games and it was just released in time for Christmas. For this product, I contributed to multiple aspects of the game including the Cover, Logo, Packaging and Interior card illustrations.

Can't Stop the Signal

Here we go with some Firefly/ Serenity Fan Art that I am working on and hoping to have completed for the upcoming Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo. Keep your fingers crossed.

I whittled it down to 2 main ideas and both focus on the Browncoats. One image is intended to be more of a propaganda/ recruitment poster and the second image is intended to look more like a book cover/ movie poster.  In a perfect world, I would create both but seeing as how time is short, I'll be lucky to complete one in time for the show.

Anyways, take a look and I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Process shot from a Magpie Image I'm working on. The other day one of these guys jumped right up onto the hood of my jeep and sat there for over a minute. It was surreal and I figured, that I'd better do something about it. So this is what I am doing....
